Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data IS Technology processes when you use this website, for what purpose, and how to exercise your rights.

01Data controller
The controller of your data is IS Technology. For any question about your personal data, write to us.
Send an email02Data collected
The website only collects personal data when you choose to contact us:
- your name;
- your company name, if you provide it;
- your email address;
- the subject and content of your message;
- your phone number, if you call us.
The contact form sends your message directly to our mailbox, hosted on the same server as the website. It is not stored in any database: we receive it as a regular email.
If this direct sending does not go through, the form offers to let you send the message yourself, from Gmail, Outlook.com, your email app or by copy and paste.
To limit abusive submissions, the server keeps a fingerprint of your IP address for one hour when you use the form. This fingerprint cannot be read back as an address.
As with any website, the hosting provider may record technical logs (IP address, date, pages viewed) to keep the service secure and running properly.
03How we use your data
Your data is used only to:
- reply to your request;
- discuss your project with you and, where relevant, make you a proposal;
- follow up on our relationship.
It is never sold, nor used to send you advertising without your consent.
04Recipients
Your data is intended exclusively for IS Technology. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties.
If you send your message with an online email service (for example Gmail or Outlook.com), that service processes it under its own terms of use.
05Retention period
If you contact us without becoming a client, your data is kept for 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted.
If you become a client, it is kept for the whole duration of our relationship, then for the period required by our legal obligations, in particular accounting.
07Your rights
In accordance with Ivorian Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data, you have the following rights over your data:
- right of access: know what data we hold about you;
- right of rectification: correct inaccurate data;
- right of erasure: ask for your data to be deleted;
- right to object: refuse its use.
To exercise these rights, write to us. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may contact the Côte d'Ivoire Telecommunications/ICT Regulatory Authority (ARTCI).
